Operation Manager
This role administers the business's day-to-day administrative, construction and operational functions; Restructuring business operations, ensuring quality assurance, optimizing supply chain logistics, and managing budgets and forecasts; Supervision and management of staff, successful planning, execution,
monitoring, control and closing of all construction projects. The operation manager aims to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance. Maintaining a thorough understanding of company objectives, market conditions, and technological advancements is instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and adapting processes to meet changing business needs.

Estimator/Junior Quantity Surveyor
The Estimator/Junior Quantity Surveyor, will assist the Project Manager to ensure
that projects are accurately planned and delivered within budget; Preparing
accurate quantity take-offs and submitting timely cost estimates for new
construction or refurbishment tenders, as well as cost variations to ongoing
projects.
